Tibetan Tea Recipe – Tibetan Secret of Youth
Tibetan Tea Recipe is a real Tibetan Secret of Youth. It was found in a Tibetan monastery in 1971. The recipe was written in the 6th century BC on a clay table. The text has been studied and translated into all the languages of the world.
For the preparation of the recipe you will need: 100 grams of Helichrysum, St. John’s wort, birch buds, daisies and honey.
