Easy Healthy Diet Recipes for Weight Loss

Today I would like to share with you very easy and healthy diet recipes for weight loss from russian women.

It is some tasty “scrub” for the gut and it is a delicious oatmeal at the same time.

If you are unhappy with their appearance, or have an ugly belly, or just suffer from digestive problems – then this recipe is for you!

You will need:

  • 5 tablespoons of cereal
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of milk (or 1 teaspoon of cream)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 5 nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)

Cooking of the oatmeal porridge

* fill the oatmeal for the night with cold boiled water (you can do it in the morning for 15-20 minutes, but pour hot water)

* In the morning add milk or cream, honey and nuts to the cereal

* Mix all the ingredients, and then, and then eat, chewing very carefully

* Do not eat or drink (no tea or coffee) for three hours

Complexion, skin, hair and nails are gorgeous, and the tummy “melts”.
