Coffee Grounds for Universal Skin Care

Today, a few of my coffee grounds recipes for skin care that I personally use regularly for my face, body and hair. The main ingredient of all these simple and quick-made recipes is coffee.

Coffee Facial Scrub

Take freshly ground coffee (or coffee grounds can, the rest of the drink). To a tablespoon of ground coffee add a teaspoon of sour cream. Mix up.

The resulting mixture was used as a scrub. After such a coffee scrub, you can immediately impose a banana-coffee mask.

Banana-Coffee Mask

Kneads half a banana, add a teaspoon of cream and a teaspoon of coffee grounds. Apply this mask on your skin, do not rub it hard and wait 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water, and do not forget the moisturizer.

Banana feeds not only the skin, but in combination with a coffee helps reduce wrinkles and improved complexion.

Thus, the facial skin is now in perfect condition, fresh and healthy. It’s time to take care of the body.

Coffee Body Scrub

After this procedure, you will feelan extraordinary lightness and vivacity. When used regularly, this mask will help to relieve the problem areas of cellulite.

Coffee Hair Mask

This recipe is suitable only brunettes, because the coffee colours blond hair. This mask will give hair shine and intense color for brunette.

Brew strong coffee without sugar. Wait until the mixture becomes warm and strain it. The resulting infusion apply to hair from root to tip, put warming cap, and walk 30 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.
